I am excited to be out of my comfort zone. Learning about different cultures is difficult from reading and seeing pictures. Truly being immersed in a culture is when you start to learn. The World Games is exciting because these sports may not have as large of a following as most Olympic sports but that doesn’t mean the participants are less engaged in their sport. I want to see sports that I might not normally get to see. I would have to say thank you. This is such an awesome opportunity that I most likely wouldn’t have at any other University. I would also like them to know that I am excited to help any way possible.
